About Shana kad

With over 15 years experience in the Corporate world, I moved into the world of Coaching and Self Development over 10 years ago.

I specialise in coaching women who are facing a transition in their lives and find themselves facing the unknown. Whether that is from a broken relationship, a change of residence or profession and generally feeling stuck and unfulfilled in life.

These life events often disrupt our balance and flow and can lead to feelings of low self-esteem, self-doubt, loss of confidence and a deep longing need to change direction but fear looms its ugly head and creates an inner-conflict sending you off in circles of anxiety and confusion… When all you want to do is get in front of your fear, let go of frustrating control and create a life that excites you and aligned to the real you.

I do this by taking you through an invigorating journey specifically designed to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and in turn create emotionally fulfilling relationships by letting go of the past and getting embracing the next stage of life.

I will walk with you through every area of your journey of self-discovery and personal investment offering support, guidance and insight while you discover your own inner resources and build outer support and guidance. Whatever is brought onto the table will be worked through ...

Your coaching will comprise of NLP techniques, including the very powerful 6 Human Emotional Needs, quantum questions that speak to your subconscious mind and to get to the root of any problem, including Timeline Paradigm that will delete limiting beliefs and unprocessed emotions, releasing inner conflict and set powerful S.M.A.R.T Goals.

Whether you book a phobia session or a more in-depth coaching journey, I will always provide total confidentiality and a non-judgemental safe environment.
